You can cancel a scheduled consultation any time before the confirmed start time by contacting us. Cancellations requested after a session has begun are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
- Full refund when cancellation is requested before the session starts.
- No refund for completed consultations or guidance already delivered.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. How to Request
Include your name, contact number, booking email, and the scheduled date/time in your message. This helps us locate your booking quickly and respond faster.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount to your statement.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consultations and digital guidance already provided.
- Promotional or complimentary sessions with no charge.
